Cannon Freight Systems, Inc. which began in 1994 as an expedite company under the watchful eye of It’s founder Mr. Anthony Vallone, has evolved into a multi tasking full service Transportation/Logistics organization which is capable of handling all facets of the Material Management, Warehousing, Line Sequencing, and the Distribution arena.

Today over 10 years later Cannon Freight Systems, Inc. is comprised of 3 Divisions covering all forms of Transportation and Material Management. Cannon provides Warehousing, Transportation, Air Services, Distribution, Line Sequencing and Material Planning. Cannon is ISO 9001: 2000 certified, and currently houses authority for all of the United States and Ontario, Canada. This includes intra provincial authority in Ontario. Mr. Vallone still serves as President/Owner of this Cannon Group.

The Divisions function as outlined below:

Expedite -which provides air services such as, air charter, ground saver, messenger, and any size vehicle movement of freight. This includes semi, straight truck, cube van and cargo vans. Cannon currently services many of the major tier 1,2, and 3 automotive suppliers as well as GM, Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, Honda, and Toyota.

Logistics – which is handling all facets of transportation, warehousing, distribution, line sequencing, and material planning. Currently does business with several major company’s automotive and non automotive. They have recently reached agreement to be a full fledged partner on a five year contract to service a major automotive supplier with sequenced material of 10 to 12 loads a day into a major North American automotive plant.

Dedicated Automotive Truckload – which has doubled its business in the last 2 years. It continues to service Tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers as well as the automakers through their LLP’s. It does many dedicated daily moves between suppliers and their suppliers as well as directly to automotive plants or distribution centers. This includes daily milk run movements for all the North American assembly plants of Toyota Motor.

Cannon 5 year plan is on track to surpass over $100,000,000 in the next four years.
